VBS visits the Republic of Kazantip, an annual month-long rave/orgy on the southern coast of the Ukraine. Ravers are called citizens, visas are required for entry, and there is even a Minister of Foreign Affairs. The whole scene is trapped somewhere in the 90’s with its platform shoes, pink dreadlocks and energy drinks.
